By attending a Faajinco event, you consent to being photographed or filmed. Content may be used for:

We love community interaction — but we also expect respect:

• No abusive, discriminatory, or explicit content tagged with our brand.
• We reserve the right to remove or report inappropriate posts.
• Use of our name, logo, or event branding in third-party promotions without consent is prohibited.

By tagging or submitting photos/videos using our event hashtags (e.g. #Casa4damaigos or #ShotsUp), you grant Faajinco a royalty-free, non-exclusive right to repost or use that content for marketing.

All tickets to Faajinco events must be purchased through official channels listed on our social media or website.
Each ticket is valid for one person only and may be checked against valid ID at entry.

Events are strictly 18+.
Valid photo ID (passport, driver’s licence, or PASS-approved card) is required.
No refunds will be issued if entry is refused due to lack of valid ID.

• No refunds will be issued for a change of mind, missed attendance, or issues beyond Faajinco’s control (e.g. travel delays).
• Refunds are only considered if the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
• Tickets may be transferable (to another person) if approved via the ticketing platform before the event.
• Service fees charged by ticketing platforms are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to change:

• The event date, time, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances.
• The artist or DJ lineup without notice (no refund obligation applies).

All changes will be communicated via our official social channels and email list.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for:

• Aggressive behaviour, harassment, or discrimination
• Possession of illegal substances
• Unauthorised recording, promotions, or re-selling of tickets

Security staff and management reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees without refund.

Items found at the venue will be held for 7 days. After that period, Faajinco is not responsible for lost items.
